1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Estimates To keep our prices competitive and offer high-quality gear, we ship directly from our specialized international warehouses.

           Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 15 business days.

           Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to local customs processes.

3. Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. It may take 2–5 days for the tracking information to update in the system. You can track your journey directly on our website.

4. Customs and Duties Nordic Tassar is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). (Note: Most small orders for personal use fall under local tax-free thresholds).

5. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
